All Abilities Adaptive Dance
Discover the Joy of Movement
A joyful, inclusive movement experience designed for children ages 3–7 of all abilities.
Run by a dance instructor from Harmony Movement Studios and supported by one of our pediatric physical therapists, each class is thoughtfully adapted to meet individual needs.
Children will explore rhythm, balance, and body awareness in a safe, nurturing environment, with activity modifications and adapted equipment provided by the physical therapist as needed to ensure children of all abilities can participate.
The class celebrates every child’s unique way of moving while building confidence, coordination, and creativity through music and dance, offering flexible instruction and sensory-friendly options.
