Payments for trainings and respite are non-refundable unless cancelled by Stepping Stones Pediatric Therapy, Inc. Respite times will be cancelled if less than 3 clients are registered 72 hours before the scheduled respite time. Trainings will be cancelled if less than 4 participants are registered 48 hours ahead of time.
