Join us for an informative and practical presentation designed specifically for caregivers of children and adults with disabilities. As children with disabilities grow bigger, moving the becomes a bigger challenge and caregivers are at risk for back injuries.

This session will provide essential strategies for safely lifting and transferring individuals while minimizing the risk of back injuries.

Learn about proper body mechanics, assistive devices, and techniques to ensure both the caregiver's and care recipient's safety.

This program is offered as a hybrid program, both in-person and Zoom attendance is available.
